夏多娜(Chardonnay)對於各類土壤天氣適應力都很強而又容易釀製。不同氣候的產區和不同酒齡的夏多娜，都有不同風格，加上橡木桶的釀製搭配，更讓夏多娜能倍添風味。

酒體呈淡黃色澤，帶有青蘋果與熱帶果實既豐富又多層次的香氣，輕熟的果香風味及口感略帶微酸的香醇餘韻，風格淡雅簡約。
