酒莊坐落於夜丘，總占地達15.55公頃，並橫跨兩個產區，分別是13.54公頃的香波蜜思妮產區，與１.51公頃的莫雷聖德尼產區。年產量達11百升，約為1,400瓶葡萄酒的產量。黑皮諾在粘土質石灰石上栽種，並以肥沃表土覆蓋在基岩上。 葡萄收成後，需經過三個步驟來進行釀造，發酵冷浸3~5天，轉化為葡萄酒需4~5天，最後3~4天完成萃取單寧、花青素等物質。接著將新酒倒入228升的橡木桶中，經18個月的熟成，使酒體能完全接觸木材，並透過二次換桶來消除酒渣。到最後的裝瓶作業，都是在莊主的謹慎監督下完成。 磚紅色的酒液，帶有覆盆子莓果香氣。隨著酒齡的增長，逐漸散發草本與皮革香氣，優雅的酒體具有相當的陳年潛力。非常適合搭配燉菜、起司拼盤。
